How to get the RedotPay $5 bonus
The $5 welcome reward is a registration path offer. It is separate from card promo codes PRODUCT and PRODUCTRED.

Important distinction
- $5 bonus → invite / registration path
- PRODUCT / PRODUCTRED → card checkout discounts only
Do not expect the $5 reward to pay the card issuance fee. Use the matching card promo code for that.
The rules in four lines
- New users only, registering through an invite. RedotPay says a referral code can only be entered at registration and cannot be added later.
- 30 days from the date you receive it.
- Spend only: any online or in-store purchase once your card is active.
- Not for the card fee: it cannot pay virtual or physical card application fees (RedotPay Help Center).
How to check your $5 balance and expiry date
- Open the RedotPay app and tap the 5 USD balance on the home screen.
- Select the USD stablecoin entry to see the reward details and the expiry date.
Reward not showing?
- Make sure you opened the invite before creating the account. Accounts created without it can't be linked afterwards.
- Finish identity verification and activate a card; the reward is only spendable on an active card.
- If everything above is done and nothing appears, contact RedotPay support from inside the app. Only RedotPay can see your reward status.
