RedotPay promo code not working?
Most failures come from using the wrong field or the wrong code for the card type.
Quick fixes
- Confirm you are on the card checkout screen — not registration.
- Match the code: virtual → REDOT2OFF, physical → REDOT20OFF.
- Re-type carefully (no spaces).
- Confirm the fee dropped before paying.
- If you just registered, finish KYC first.
